I don”t think I”ve ever come across someone who hated grilled cheese sandwiches. What makes these treats even better is how easy they are to make. Regardless, their simple construction is no excuse to be lazy about it and make a poor grilled cheese. If the crust isn”t perfectly crisp while the center slowly oozes glorious globules of cheese, then you”ve failed as a grilled cheese chef, and also as a friend for serving sub-par sandwiches.
