According to TripAdvisor, The Clink is the best restaurant in Cardiff, Wales–but that”s not what makes this place so special. The establishment, which opened in 2012, sets itself apart from the others with its incredible staff. The staff just so happens to be made up of local prison inmates. There aren”t a lot of restaurants out there that offer that kind of service, especially not one that”s so highly regarded. If you didn”t know about what makes The Clink so special, you would have no idea that it was different from any other fine dining establishment.

What a great idea! I wish there were more places like this around. It”s so nice to see people”s perception of prisoners change for the better. I can”t wait to see what other job opportunities and experiences these inmates will now have access to as a result of working for The Clink.
