Steak. It”s one of the greatest sources of protein there is on the planet. Every guy boasts that they have the best recipe or the best way to prepare a steak. Gentlemen, I”m afraid I”ve got some bad news, because the debate is over. Your little backyard grill can”t compete with this new and ingenious way to prepare a steak.
How is it prepared? Well, you get some nice, juicy steaks and grill them…..over lava.

That video got my testosterone pumping! I”m going to go climb a mountain, do some push-ups over hot coals, and finish it off with a nice lava steak for dinner.
