A camera from a news helicopter recorded this footage of motorists uniting to help save a stranded pit bull on a Los Angeles highway. They worked together to keep other cars from hitting the dog. They managed to move the dog to the side of the road where Andie Valerio got out and chased after the stranded pit bull. The dog was very sweet and she took it home with her so she could call the cops. An animal control officer took the dog to Southeast Area Animal Control shelter in Downey, California.
