13 Things That We Saw In 2014 That Made Us Want To Stay Inside Forever

We told you about many adorable animals here at ViralNova in the past year. However, there were also some critters that we could certainly stand to lose if an apocalypse were to happen in 2015.
Creepers, crawlers, creepy-crawlies, some with too many legs, and some with no legs exist all around you. Here is the ultimate list of some of the ickiest creatures we covered in 2014.
1. Fungus larvae that move in one stream of gross.
2. The ten pound, three foot long coconut crabs, who can apparently climb trees.
3. The first-ever Black Seadevil angler fish that was caught on film.
4. The deep sea black swallower fish that eats things ten times its own size.
5. A huge lobster that this guy found on an island off the coast of California. Lobsters are normally 3 pounds, yet this one is 12 pounds. Tasty or terrifying?
6. The centipede that was nearly swallowed by a snake before bursting out of its stomach.
7. This alien-looking thing that is a tarantula shedding its exoskeleton.
8. The guinea worm found in this man”s foot. If it wasn”t removed, it could have grown up to three feet long in his skin.
9. A humongous leech that a Scottish backpacker found dangling out of her nose one day.
10. The spider that literally killed and subsequently ate a snake.
11. The tropical spider that was slowly burying into this guy”s flesh, leaving a brutal red gash in its wake.
12. The family that found 102 snakes in their basement.
13. The vampire deer, that is as terrifying as it is cute.
Wishing for all of these creatures to die might be too extreme, but I stand by it. That spider eating a snake? Yeah, no thanks. I”ll be spending 2015 exclusively inside of my house.
