Protesters staging a die in on behalf of the St. Louis and New York Grand Jury decisions have cited a study from liberal CNN pundit Marc Lamont Hill showing that Police kill an unarmed Black man every 28 hours.
But Politifact completely debunked this nonsensical claim, by pointing out that 60% of those cases, the unarmed Black man was in fact armed, and in nearly all of the cases, they had tried to kill police by, for example, running them down with a car, or attempting to stab them with a knife, broken glass, ice pick, or axe. Unarmed? Give me a break.
The upshot is when any suspect, Black or White, messes with police trying to apprehend them, things go very wrong.
Someone really needs to show these protesters this hilarious Chris Rock PSA aimed at my Black brothers showing how NOT to get your ass kicked by police.
