An Airplane Passenger Looked Out Their Window And Saw Everyone’s Worst Nightmare

The fear of flying is very common, even for those people who take trips frequently. They don’t like the thought of plummeting down to the earth to their death (or even experiencing turbulence). It’s an understandable fear, although flying in a plane is actually less likely to kill you than driving in a car.

What this passenger saw on a flight from Chattanooga to Dallas, though, is enough to make anyone fear flying. Passengers began to complain about the smell of gas throughout the cabin. When this passenger looked out his window, he saw something terrifying: gas leaking out of the plane.

The pilot claimed the passengers were never in any real danger because they were able to diagnose the problem quickly.

Airplane gas leaks aren’t known to cause fires or any kind of breakage, so while the plane had to make an emergency landing, the passengers were safe the whole time.

Even though the crew and passengers weren’t in danger, it’s understandable why people were a little nervous.

Thankfully, the plane completed an emergency landing in Alabama without incident. No one was hurt on board, but most of the passengers are now probably more paranoid about flying than ever.
